New Japan announced Omega’s injury on Tuesday morning, and they also announced that he’s going to miss most of the aforementioned Destruction tour. They also mentioned that his NJPW US Title match against Juice Robinson is still on for September 24 in Kobe.

Leo Tonga will take Omega’s place on the tour. His first match of the tour will be on September 7, where he’ll team with the Guerrillas of Destiny to take on War Machine and Juice Robinson.

Unfortunately, I'll have to take a short break. Hold the fort, Leo Tonga. See you in Kobe.
