It looks like the WWE Divas division is getting a facelift starting next week.
The news surfaced on Wednesday that WWE plans on rebranding their Divas division as the Women’s division, complete with a new WWE Women’s Championship belt to replace the current butterfly-designed WWE Divas Championship.
According to reports, the new belt will have a similar look to the current WWE World Heavyweight Championship, but will be a smaller version that is mounted on a white leather strap.
The announcement regarding the change from Divas division and Divas Championship to the Women’s division and the Women’s Championship is expected to be made on the WWE RAW the night after WrestleMania 32, which takes place next Monday, April 4th from Dallas, Texas.
