The bottle bounced off the floor and struck Kalisto in the face, causing injuries.
— Kalisto’s wife posted to Instagram to rip into the fan, while also revealing that Kalisto had to get stitches, an MRI and may have possibly suffered a fracture as well. For those wondering, the fan was actually sitting in a suite, got a running start and launched the water bottle. Those around him turned him in and he was caught.
