Raseena, a woman with roots in Kerala was on a vacation with her husband in Sri Lanka and was scheduled to leave the country on Sunday afternoon to Mangalore.

But that never happened as she fell victim to the explosion that rocked Sri Lanka on Sunday.

Raseena and her husband Khader Kukadi has been settled in Dubai for years were on a vacation in Sri Lanka for over a week. Raseena’s family originally hails from Kasargod in Kerala and had settled in Sri Lanka for decades.
