As previously reported, WWE has been teasing a returning superstar for tonight’s edition of 205 Live, as well as a match that General Manager Drake Maverick has booked for this evening’s show.

According to PWInsider.com, the returning name is NXT Superstar Buddy Murphy, who is expected to be announced as the next challenger to Cedric Alexander’s Cruiserweight Championship. In addition, the match GM Maverick is teasing is said to be a singles bout between Kalisto and Drew Gulak.

Murphy and Alexander were originally set to face each other at the Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia, but after failing to make weight the challenger was removed from the match. According to multiple sources, Murphy underwent a legitimate weigh-in that disqualified him from participating in the (completely scripted) match, but he has since dropped down under 205 pounds and will be reinstated on tonight’s show.
