The Hogan (Bollea) family has hired J. Kevin Hayslett a criminal defense attorney located in Clearwater, Florida. If Hogan’s passenger were to die (or in some cases even if not) then Nick Hogan could face up to 15 years in prison for vehicular manslaugter.
US News reporter Nick Baker appeared on Fox News with the following details:
Nick Hogan was racing a Dodge Viper and that police have not yet commented on the crash. They are still in the stages of investigating the accident. Nick Hogan had 4 other speeding violations in the span of a year. Two of the violations were for exceeding 100 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. He had yet to appear in court for any of those violations.
