There has been some speculation recently regarding the possibility of Hulk Hogan making a return to WWE for an appearance at this year’s WrestleMania 32 event.
Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com recently spoke about the possibility of a Hogan return as Alvarez noted he has heard a lot of speculation about an appearance at WrestleMania 32. Meltzer claims that while a Hogan return is not out of the question, WWE would not bring him in as long as there is a possibility of media backlash.
Additionally, PWInsider.com recently reported that WWE isn’t considering a Hogan return while his lawsuit with Gawker is outstanding, as they feel that a big controversy could break out at any point depending on how the trial goes.
Hogan’s trial with Gawker is scheduled to begin approximately three weeks before WrestleMania 32, which takes place on April 3rd at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
