Robert Strauss (Robbie E.) was introduced as the new manager of Rinku Singh & Saurav Gurjar. Strauss got on the microphone and noted that he is not a “manager,” but instead a “brand.”

This led to a one-on-one contest, with Gurjar defeating Jermaine Haley in the fourth match on the card at the NXT Sanford show. Gurjar had Singh and Strauss in his corner, while Haley had Jonah Rock in his.

The finish of the match saw Gurjar pick up the pin fall victory after Strauss hopped up on the ring apron for a distraction.
