A 19-year-old HIV Positive man, whose blood had infected a pregnant woman in Tamil Nadu, died on Sunday. The boy consumed poison after getting to know about the incident.

He was rescued after consuming rat poison at his home in Ramanathapuram district a few days ago. He died of Gastro-Intestinal (GI) bleeding at the Madurai Rajaji Government Medical College Hospital.

The teenager had no clue about the infection when he had donated blood in November.
