According to our colleagues at Goal France and France Football, PSG have in recent days revitalised their efforts to sign OGC Nice attacking midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa on a free transfer.

Lyon President Jean Michel Aulas had made the French international his summer transfer window priority, but Ben Arfa has often made it clear that Les Parisiens are number one on his list.

In the last seven days, two other sides of note have presented their projects to Ben Arfa, Sevilla and Leicester City.

Sevilla are a very interesting proposition for Ben Arfa, and probably come second in his line of priorities behind PSG but ahead of Lyon at the time of writing.

Leicester have approached HBA because of the increasing likelihood that Riyad Mahrez will be leaving the club this summer, but the player does not want to return to the Premier League.

OGC Nice have done everything they can to convince him to stay, but that appears to have been in vain.
