Premier League side Crystal Palace have placed former St Étienne manager Christophe Galtier on their shortlist as their search for a new boss continues, according to L’Équipe.

Galtier has not been short of offers since leaving ASSE last month, having rejected Olympiakos and already receiving a big money proposal from the Middle East.

In truth, these propositions might have come a little too early for Galtier, who is currently recovering from a hip operation.

Crystal Palace asked Galtier’s new agent David Venditelli to send them Galtier’s CV. It is clear that he is not currently the Eagles’ priority but the way their hunt for a manager is going, he very well could be soon.
