QT5-15 block making machine is the latest developed equipment product, which is special purpose equipment for making building block making machine. The material can be fly ash, slag, gangue or other industrial waste, river sand, gravel, cement, etc. Make different sizes of hollow blocks, porous blocks, curbs, pavement blocks. If you add a color machine, you can make layer blocks.

VIBRATION SYSTEM

This is the core technology of block machine, because it is the main power to forming blocks. our machine adopts advanced vibration technology, use four sets vibration motor , can supply stronger vibration force and we increased vibration box ,  make vibration force more uniform, ensure the blocks with high quality.  Our vibration motor is Siemens brand , good quality ensure machine work more stable. I attached a video, you can see from the video that our worker can stand on wet block directly and the material without any cement.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The hydraulic system makes the machine working fully automatically , it control material feeder, molds movement and also color material feeder, supply the pressure when forming blocks, make the blocks with smoothly surface and high strength. Our hydraulic system adopt Japan Yuken Hydraulic Valve , it makes hydraulic system work flexibly and multi-directionally, making the machine run faster and more stable, providing sufficient pressure to make the bricks stronger

MOTOR

The machine we use good steel for you , you can see the the stell model is Q345, ensure the machine have high quality,  the block mold material is Manganese steel, it is more strong steel , we deal with heat treatment technology and line cutting technology , can ensure the mold more wear-resistant with long service life

CONTROL SYSTEM

we adopt advanced control system, cooperate with Siemens, Schneider , ABB and other famous brands, ensure the machine can working stable and fast, you can control machine all steps through adjust the PLC data  We equip the control box with an inverter, which can not only protect the motor from short circuit, but also control the speed of the motor through the inverter, which can better control the machine to make different bricks.

OUR  SERVICE

1) Send the technicians to carry out the installation and debugging of equipment for the foreign users with compensation. Countries or regions with unstable political situation or in the throes of wartime are not included in our plan.

3) Explain the routine maintenance of equipment carefully and remove common faults.

4) We are responsible for all the repairs that caused by our quality problems within one year’s warranty. (We will provide one set of spare parts/wear & tear parts free of charge with shipment.)
