Foot Mercato are reporting that Tottenham Hotspur have submitted a €25m offer to OGC Nice for French attacker Alassane Pléa.

The former Lyon man is understood to have been Spurs’ back-up target behind Manchester United forward Anthony Martial, who Pochettino’s men seem to have given up on signing, presumably because of the Red Devils’ demands.
