Speculation has begun over which match will open up tonight’s WWE Elimination Chamber, as the hype towards the show continues to build.
Right now it is unknown what match is set to start the PPV, but Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has offered his thoughts on what may kick off the show and main event. Below are the comments Meltzer gave, with a h/t to SecScoops.com for the transcription.
“I guess they are going to open with the Women’s Chamber and end with the Men’s Chamber,” Meltzer said.
Having the two Elimination Chamber matches sandwich the show would make the most sense, making sure the fans react to both matches. Having the women’s open would also make the Ronda Rousey segment and the Asuka/Nia Jax match much more interesting, with the Raw champion then being confirmed.
