Ring of Honor Held its NYC Excellence event tonight at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, and during the event Cody Rhodes cut a promo announcing the huge news that this morning it was decided the “All In 2” event will be taking place in New York City.

After the crowd went nuts, and even showered Rhodes with a “thank you Cody” chant, The American Nightmare exclaimed, “actually, I am completely joking.” Cody finished by offering some choice words about New York City and the Hammerstein Ballroom.

In an interesting turn of events, however, The Young Bucks closed tonight’s show, as seen below, by teasing “All In 2” could possibly come to New York, but not to the Hammerstein Ballroom, but The World’s Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden:
