WWE has officially confirmed that former tag team partners Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler will settle the score in a Steel Cage Match set for next week’s episode of WWE RAW.

The two partnered together throughout the summer devastating nearly the entire RAW roster and even capturing the red brand’s tag team championships. McIntyre, however, made it abundantly clear in recent weeks that he was looking to become the next big thing in pro wrestling, and no longer needed ANYONE by his side on his journey to the WWE Universal Championship.

After Finn Balor managed to score a huge victory over both men this Monday night, and McIntyre once again fell to a ZigZag from his former partner, the fuming Scottish Psychopath will look to get back on track next week in a huge New Year’s Eve main event cage match.
