WWE announced on Tuesday night that SmackDown superstar Randy Orton suffered a concussion on RAW and will not be able to compete in this Sunday’s Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight championship.

A battle royal was held at the Smackdown tapings to determine who would fill Orton’s spot in the Chamber and that battle royal was won by none other than Santino Marella.

The WWE website posted an article announcing that Santino won the battle royal at Tuesday’s tapings, effectively spoiling their own storyline before it airs on television.

With Santino replacing Randy Orton in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber match, here’s the updated card for Sunday’s pay-per-view:
