St. Olaf Welcomes Recruits

St. Olaf has announced four new recruits who will be joining the Oles in the fall. “These young men epitomize the student-athletes we look for at Saint Olaf College,” stated Saint Olaf Head Coach Sean Ahrar. “They come to Saint Olaf with outstanding academics and wrestling credentials.”

Dylan Fudge, Perham High School, Minnesota

  • 2019 Minnesota High School State Tournament finalist
  • 202 career varsity wins
  • 119 career varsity pins
  • 2018 8th place and 2019 3rd place finisher at the Rumble on the Red Tournament
  • 4th place finisher at junior freestyle Northern Plains
  • Three-time freestyle state champion
  • Four-time Greco state champion
  • 2018 All-State Team, and two-time All-Section 8 Academic

Scott Gray, Prior Lake High School, Minnesota

  • Wrestled at 152 for the Lakers and placed 5th at Sections
  • Recipient of Prior Lake High School Doggit Award for Sportsmanship his senior year

Kris Kurtz, Mound-Westonka High School, Minnesota
