Last night saw the official ticket party for All Elite Wrestling’s Double or Nothing event take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, and of course, plenty of earth-shattering announcements and huge surprises took place during the party. The Elite’s Kenny Omega is now officially part of the AEW roster as are the Lucha Bros, Kylie Rae, the Best Friends, and several other incredibly talented wrestlers. However, last night’s party was not limited to just announcing new members of the roster. Some matches for the actual Double or Nothing card were made official as well, but AEW also announced a huge partnership and put some tickets for their first official show on-sale for those who were at the MGM Grand for the party.
The members of The Elite have announced that the tickets for Double or Nothing are available right now. The pre-sale for the event has begun over on AllEliteWrestling.com. Those who sign up will be given a special code for the pre-sale this Monday. As for the rest of the general public, those tickets will be going on sale starting next Wednesday. With matches like PAC vs. Adam Page and Chris Jericho vs. Kenny Omega set for the event, All Elite Wrestling’s first show could turn out to be truly phenomenal for the upstart promotion. Those interested in attending should know that Double or Nothing will be taking place in Las Vegas on May 25th of this year. Pre-sale information can be found by clicking on this link.
Another huge announcement came in the form of a partnership for All Elite Wrestling. There have been reports of AEW officials wanting to strike partnerships with promotions such as Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling lately. While it is still unclear if NJPW or ROH will be working with AEW as of now, it was confirmed during last night’s ticket party that AEW and AAA have partnered up. Dorian Roldán, the General Manager of the Lucha Libre promotion, said that he is excited about the partnership and wants to “change the world” with Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, and AEW President Tony Khan. The partnership already seems to be in effect as AAA Cruiserweight Champion Sammy Guevara has been announced as a member of the AEW roster.
