WWE Hall of Famer Booker T served as a commentator for the Raw brand for several months until he was replaced by Jonathan Coachman earlier this year. Booker has continued to announce for WWE occasionally and he has also been working as a panel member during the pay-per-view Kickoff shows that the company produces each month. It looks like Booker T may already be coming back to do some more announcing for the company again very soon. The former WCW Champion and World Heavyweight Champion just released a video online recently wherein he proclaimed that he will be back announcing for WWE during the upcoming episode of Raw this Monday night.
Here’s some breaking news! @BookerT5x will be back on #RAW commentary this Monday! pic.twitter.com/poPCdvgxlK

Booker T says that he is coming back to work as a commentator during Monday’s edition of Monday Night Raw. WWE recently wrapped up the Superstar Shakeup, which saw several wrestlers switched to different brands, but no the company made no mention of potential trades between the announcers, and WWE also has yet to announce that Booker will be back on commentary this upcoming week. Despite this, current Raw announcer Jonathan Coachman has confirmed that Booker will be taking his spot announcing with Michael Cole and Corey Graves next Monday. Coachman later confirmed that Booker’s involvement on Raw is only temporary and that he will be back on Raw the following week.
Apparently not. @BookerT5x is telling the truth. He will be doing commentary Monday. But I have a feeling it’s ALL for a good reason. #vision #crosspromotion. @WorldLongDrive https://t.co/uXjzsXPiqx

Thank you. I will be back in Montreal. No worries. I tell people on my show all the time you have to evolve with the times. This is a small way to do it. More/different eyeballs on both shows. That why I am honored to work for @WWE and @GolfChannel. #forwardthinking. https://t.co/gEYiZGnKfp

A whole slew of new talent was signed to by WWE earlier this year and most of those new signees are now working in the WWE Performance Center or in NXT. One recent signee who had yet to debut was Kacy Catanzaro. She finally made her in-ring debut during an NXT live event last night in Sanford, Florida, and she managed to win her very first match by defeating former Mae Young Classic participant Reina Gonzalez. Catanzaro is a former contestant on the American Ninja Warrior series, and she has been cited as being one of the greatest female competitors in the history of the show. Catanzaro is sure to be another stellar addition to NXT’s growing women’s division.
