Russia finished group phase in EuroVolley without any losing. On Sunday they defeated in three sets Azerbaijan. In second match Croatia was better than Belarus. For Azerbaijan the adventure in EuroVolley is finished.

Russia beating Azerbaijan guaranteed yourself first place in pool C and direct promotion to quartetfinal. Russia needed only three sets, and only third could satisfy spectators, because was on high level and both teams played aligned competitons. In nervous finish better was Russia team, who also easily won two first sets and closed all game.
