25-year-old Sharath Koppu from Telangana was killed after unknown persons opened fire at a restaurant in Kansas City.

Sharath had completed this graduation from Vasavi College of Engineering and had worked in Hyderabad before moving to the United States in January 2018. He was a student at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC).

Unidentified miscreants opened fire at the J’s Fish and Chicken Market in Kansas City on July 6, in which he was fatally wounded. ANI quoted a relative of the victim, saying that Sharath received five bullet injuries.
