On the eve of London Fashion Week model Naomi Campbell hosted her charity
show Fashion for Relief, which this year supports Ebola victims.
The fashion-inspired charity sees models and celebrities wear donated
luxury clothing that are subsequently auctioned to the audience.
Since its inception in 2005, Fashion for Relief has raised millions of
dollars ranging from supporting victims of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans
to sufferers of Aids. Campbell has also taken her charity to New York,
London, Cannes, Moscow, Mumbai and Dar es Salaam, all the while supporting
various causes.
On Thursday Jourdan Dunn and Dame Vivienne Westwood were among those
supporting the charity, as well as Karolina Kurkova, Georgia May Jagger,
Sarah Ferguson and Rupert Everett who all walked the catwalk raise money
for the fight against Ebola.
The looks ran the gamut from bunny ears to Burberry, but the clothes were
not really the point. The real spirit was captured by Vivienne Westwood who
closed the show with an extended, joyful dance down the catwalk.
