Did Meghan Markle’s Mom Just Drop a Hint About Her Wedding Dress Designer?

Meghan Markle’s mom Doria Ragland has officially crossed the pond! The mother of the bride left Los Angeles on Tuesday evening, landing in London on Wednesday morning, and she brought a wedding dress clue with her.

Along with her luggage, she arrived with a Burberry garment bag that possibly contains her look for the royal wedding. The British fashion house is one of the frontrunners in the list of potential wedding dress designers, and after seeing this we’re placing bets on Burberry.

It wouldn’t be unusual for Meghan’s mom to wear the same designer as her daughter. For Kate Middleton’s wedding to Prince William in 2011, she and her sister Pippa Middleton both wore Alexander McQueen. As Doria is playing a special role in her daughter’s wedding, her look is highly-anticipated as well.

On Saturday, Doria will accompany her daughter to the St. George’s chapel by car. She was supposed to be then greeted by her father, who would then walk her down the aisle, but due to his heart surgery it’s quite possible that her mother will do the honors instead. Many also speculate that Prince Charles could do the honors, though we’ll have to wait and see.

Upon arriving in London, Meghan’s mom was picked up by her assistant Amy Pickerill and she spent the day with her daughter and Prince Harry, People reports. With all of the drama that has lead up to this weekend’s nuptials, we’re sure Meghan is happy to have her mother in town.
